Our Swift Current store is seeking an enthusiastic Member Services Representative to provide a world-class experience to our Members. This role is being hired as a full-time permanent position and will report to the Office Manager. A comprehensive benefits package is included with this position.
Key Responsibilities:

Promoting, selling, renewing, and upgrading CAA memberships.

Assessing Members' needs to determine the best possible solution through the sale, service, or referral of appropriate CAA products, services, and memberships.

Process SGI Motor License issuing services, including vehicle registrations, renewals, driver licensing, and appointment scheduling.

Issue license plates, renewals, and related documentation accurately.

Offer members auto travel services which include tour books, trip routings, maps, and insurance along with other ancillary products and services as required.

Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, file maintenance, record keeping, and processing payments.
Experience & Requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent, ability to obtain Auto and/or Travel Insurance Licensing.

Previous experience in customer service or administrative role, preferable in an auto licensing or motor vehicle environment.

Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Axis System.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.

Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries and complaints in a courteous manner.
Hours of work for this position are five days per week, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, depending on business requirements.
