Join our technology team as a Full Stack Web Developer, where you’ll work alongside cross-functional partners to build and enhance scalable digital solutions. Reporting to the Director, E-Commerce & Analytics, this role plays an important part in delivering reliable applications across our platforms.

From ideation and development to testing, deployment, and continuous improvement, you'll have the opportunity to work across the full software development lifecycle while sharpening your skills and making a meaningful impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications (front-end and back-end) 
  • Build responsive interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Tailwind, and Next.js 
  • Create and support APIs and server-side logic using Django/Python 
  • Design and integrate RESTful APIs across systems 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions 
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code 
  • Develop and maintain automated tests (unit, functional, integration) 
  • Participate in code reviews and improve development practices 
  • Support deployment and monitoring in AWS environments 
  • Troubleshoot defects, performance issues, and production incidents 
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, standups, reviews) 
  • Track progress using tools like Jira or Asana 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in web or software development
  • Demonstrated ability to build full-stack web applications
  • Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, and Next.js
  • Working knowledge of Django and Python for back-end development
  • Understanding of relational databases and data modeling principles
  • Ability to design, build, and consume RESTful APIs
  • Experience writing, maintaining, and executing automated tests
  • Familiarity with Git and collaborative version control workflows
  • Basic knowledge of AWS and cloud deployment practices
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Exposure to Agile development methodologies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
