currently looking for a Project Coordinator who will play a key role in delivering projects that enhance member experience,
optimize web platforms, and integrate advanced technologies. This role ensures smooth collaboration between Web Analytics,
Web Development, and AI/ML teams, aligning with strategic goals like conversion optimization and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate projects across internal teams and business units to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Write clear and actionable user stories and maintain Agile documentation.
• Set up and manage sprints in Asana, track progress, and help remove blockers.
• Support internal workflow management and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Assist with quality assurance by writing test cases to decouple testing from development.
• Act as Scrum Master, fostering team momentum and continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or Agile delivery roles.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (we use Asana).
• Ability to write user stories and test cases.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage projects involving platform enhancements, data-driven features, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience with projects involving web platforms, analytics, or AI/ML is an asset.

This permanent full-time position reports to the Manager of E-commerce & Analytics. Standard office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
