Salary Range: $70,762.90 - $85,635.55

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of insurance professionals, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed while adhering to industry regulations and company policies.
- Oversee the daily operations of inside sales, insurance administration, and retention departments, handling claims processing, policy issuance, and customer service.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, tackle complex inquiries, and ensure clients receive top-notch service.
- Handle recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, ensuring your team’s growth and success.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, licensing processes, and conduct annual performance reviews to maintain a high level of performance.
- Develop and implement training initiatives that enhance team skills, efficiency, and knowledge.
- Supervise ADP time management and P-Card transactions within Centresuite, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
The Ideal Candidate:
- CAIB II (or working towards CAIB designation) or CIP designation is preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong background in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with licensing software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A client-first mindset with proven experience in handling client inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
